Effective for all orders placed with Logo Cit

Welcome to Logo City!

We take pride in delivering high-quality custom printing and embroideryservices with quick turnaround and clear communication.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions

1. User Agreement

We do our best to ensure accuracy and quality with every order, but there are some areas that

fall outside our responsibility:

  • Spelling, grammar, or design errors made by the customer
  • Low-resolution or poor-quality artwork supplied by the customer
  • Mistakes in product selection (e.g. size, colour, garment type)
  • Subjective dissatisfaction with layout or placement if it matches the approved file
  • Shipping delays beyond our control

All orders are made-to-order. Please double-check all design files, product selections, and

sizing before placing your order. Logo City does not provide design proofs for approval unless

requested in advance.

2. Print Methods

We use Direct to Film (DTF) as our standard print method due to its versatility and consistent quality.

In some cases, we may choose alternative methods such as Vinyl heat transfer based on the fabric, order volume, or design complexity.

If you have a preferred method, please let us know before placing your order.

If no preference is stated, Logo City will make the final decision and holds no responsibility for unexpected results due to unconfirmed expectations.

3. Artwork Requirements

 

Customers must provide high-quality, print-ready files. Logo City is not responsible for:

  • Low-resolution or pixelated artwork
  • Text smaller than 2mm, or fine lines and negative space under 3 pixels wide
  • Colour shifts due to screen calibration, garment colour, or printer limitations

If in doubt, we recommend ordering a sample garment first for any critical projects.

4. Digital Mockups

Digital mockups are for reference only. They do not guarantee:

  • Exact colour match between screen and print
  • Final print position across various garment sizes
  • The appearance of prints near seams, pockets, or zippers

Mockups typically reflect size M garments. Designs do not automatically scale across different sizes. If you need variations, each must be quoted separately

5. Changes & Cancellations

We move quickly once an order is placed, so please check everything carefully before confirming.

  • Rush/Next-Day orders: No cancellations or changes allowed
  • Standard orders:
    • Cancellations within 24 hours only
    • You can choose:
      • Full store credit
      • Refund minus 20% admin fee
    • Design or size changes must also be requested within 24 hours

Blank garments ordered without design will be refunded minus a 10% processing fee

6. Garment Selection

We do not manufacture garments—only decorate them. We’re happy to help with recommendations, but garment selection is your responsibility. We are not liable for:
  • Sizing discrepancies
  • Factory defects or colour inconsistencies
  • Print issues caused by garment fabric, seams, or finishes
We do not stock garments in-house. If a selected item is unavailable, we’ll:
  1. Offer a suitable alternative
  2. Inform you of a restock date
  3. Credit or refund the unavailable item

7. Turnaround & Shipping

Turnaround estimates are based on business days and start after final approval and garment availability.

  • Transit times are outside our control and may vary by courier
  • Express delivery or guaranteed dates must be arranged and quoted in advance
  • Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds

8. Printing Tolerances

Due to the nature of textile printing, some minor variances are standard:

  • Up to 2.5 cm print placement shift
  • Minor colour tone or texture differences
  • Fabric stretch affecting size or registration

Printing near seams, zippers, or pockets increases the risk of cracking or distortion and is done at your own risk.

9. Damage Allowance

Orders may have up to a 2% damage or defect rate. We suggest ordering a small surplus to account for this. Logo City will not refund or reprint within this acceptable industry margin.

10. Returns & Refund

Returns are only accepted for:

  • Clear printing or embroidery defects
  • Garment damage that is directly our fault
  • Major deviations from the approved design

To file a return claim:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue
  3. Await approval

If approved, we may offer:

  • A full refund
  • Store credit
  • A free reprint

Unapproved returns will not be accepted

11. Legal & Policy Updates

Logo City reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any updates.

Customers are responsible for reviewing our policies.

Any disputes or legal claims will be the responsibility of the customer to cover all related fees if due to a breach of this agreement.
