Custom Orders & Sizing
All of our products are made-to-order, which means we print or embroider each item just for you. Because of this, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect sizing
unless the item is faulty.

Refunds, Replacements & Printing Issues
We take pride in our quality. If you receive an item that is damaged or has a clear printing or embroidery error, we’ll put it right with a refund, store credit, or replacement—depending on your preference.
Issues eligible for refund or replacement include:
- The item arrives visibly damaged.
- The print or embroidery is clearly incorrect, misaligned, or significantly different from the approved design or placement.
Please note: Minor differences or preferences (e.g., a print being slightly higher/lower than expected) do not qualify unless the error is objectively clear.
All claims are carefully reviewed and must be approved by Logo City.
How to Submit a Return or Damage Claim
- Reply to your order confirmation email (info@logocity.co.nz) with a description of the issue.
- Attach clear photos that show the damage or print/embroidery error.
- Wait for our review. If approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
- A free replacement,
- A store credit, or
- A full refund, depending on the situation and your preference.
Important Notes
- Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
- We aim to resolve issues quickly, fairly, and with care—because your satisfaction means everything to us.
